‘Meditation Music’ is a seamless thirty-minute piece of ambient soundscape music that is split into six acts. Each act represents a different stage of a journey through nature that when followed, is designed to induce a state of calm in the listener. Clarity can be found within these trees, if only you look hard enough.

Meditation and spiritual philosophies have played a major role in my recovery from addiction and have allowed me to remain sober now for over four whole years. No matter what challenges you are facing in life, I believe meditation can offer you something of major value. By meditating regularly, I gained previously unseen perspectives and increased my awareness of both myself and the world around me. I now not only feel I have found mental stability but have, in fact, increased my well-being and confidence to realms far beyond what I ever thought myself capable of.

This is not to boast, but simply to offer example and proof that recovery is entirely possible and can be achieved by anyone. I hope this project will encourage you to try meditation. Whether you use the soundtrack provided or not, I wish you the best of luck on your journey.
